“I was suffering from postnatal depression and was receiving no help and support. When I was at my lowest point House of Light was there for me. They listened to me and helped me through times of distress and enabled me to get through and deal with my feelings of helplessness. I truly believe I would not have got better without the support from the amazing people at House of Light.”
“House of Light is an amazing service and has helped me so much through his chapter in my life.”
“I have recommended House of Light to friends and a client at work as they have been in similar situations to myself. I explained how wonderful it was to have somewhere safe to go and talk about what you are experiencing and especially talking to someone that understands helps immensely”
“Wonderfully welcoming and understanding staff. Everyone is so helpful and big hearted. If I knew someone with similar problems to me I would have no hesitation to recommend House of Light. A life saver.”
“I was scared and did not want to come inside on my first visit. I felt upset and ashamed. I was welcomed and made to feel at ease. Now that I am at the end I am glad I came, it has helped me through a lot of barriers and made me realise that I can help myself”
